  • Today is the 1st Sunday of Advent.
  • Weekday Masses will be at the 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
  • Craft Fair in Gaelscoil Maynooth, today (Sunday) 30th November from 11am to 5pm. All welcome.
  • On Tuesday evening the Parish Finance Committee will meet in the Parochial House at 8.00 p.m.
  • The Bible Study Group will meet in the Parochial House on Thursday next 4th December at 8.00 p.m.
  • Maynooth Flower and Garden Club Gala Demonstration “Christmas is Coming” with Susan Turley.  Glenroyal Hotel Maynooth on Thursday next 4th of December at 8.00pm tickets €15 Donation to :  The Irish Motor Neurone Disease Association
  • Pause for Peace – The Social Justice and Peace Group and the Folk Group would like to invite parishioners to two evenings of quiet reflection for peace in preparation for Christmas. They will be held on Monday the 8th of December (after the evening Mass) and on Monday the 15th of December at 7.30pm. in St. Mary’s Church.
  • Crosscare Food Appeal – Last year our Parish very generously donated food to the Crosscare Food Appeal.

Archbishop Martin is asking all Dublin parishes this year to help collect food for the food bank over the four weeks of Advent.   Our Parish Social Justice Group will be coordinating the collection of the food from our Parish.   We are asking Parishioners to bring food and leave it in the sacristy at Mass times.   Crosscare will collect and redistribute the food every Monday and Tuesday

Types of food urgently needed include pasta/rice, fruit juice, tea/coffee, soup, sugar, powdered milk, tinned meat/fish, tinned veg/fruit, packaged dessert, biscuits, and hygiene products.
