  • Today is the First Sunday of Advent.  Weekday Masses will be 8.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m.
  • The final evening with Fr. Kieran O’Mahony on the Gospel of Luke will take place on Monday evening at 7.30 p.m. in the Boys’ National School.
  • Finance Committee Meeting will take place in the Parochial House on Tuesday evening at 8.00 p.m.
  • Bible Study Group meeting will take place in the Parochial House on Thursday evening at 8.00 p.m.
  • Three Tenors Concert will take place here in St Mary’s Church on Friday 4th December at 8.00 p.m.  They are supported by the Presentation Girls’ School Choir in this Magical Christmas Experience.  Tickets available in the Sacristy after Mass today and in the Parish Office and Maynooth Bookshop.
  • Aonach na Nollaig takes place at Maynooth Castle from 11.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. on Sat 5th December.  Local craftspeople are exhibiting and selling their goods.
  • The New Parish Pastoral Council will be commissioned by Bishop Ray Field, our local area Bishop at the 11.30 a.m. Mass on Sunday next 6th December.
  • Crosscare Food Appeal – Last year our Parish very generously donated food to the Crosscare Food Appeal.  Archbishop Martin is asking all Dublin parishes year to help collect food for the food bank this Advent.   Our Parish Social Justice Group will be coordinating the collection of the food from our Parish.   We are asking Parishioners to bring food and leave it in the sacristy at Mass times.   Types of food urgently needed include pasta/rice, fruit juice, tea/coffee, soup, sugar, powdered milk, tinned meat/fish, tinned veg/fruit, packaged dessert, biscuits, and hygiene products.
