Today is the Feast of the Transfiguration of the Lord

Thanks to those who sent in their Summer Dues. The Summer Dues Envelopes are available in the porches. Please take one and return it to the Parish Office.

The Lourdes Invalid Fund helps send sick pilgrims to Lourdes during the Dublin Diocesan Pilgrimage to Lourdes in September. This fund will take place in the main porch for two weekends on the 12^th/13^{th &}19^th & 20^th August. You are invited to make a small contribution and to record your intention and become an associate member. All the intentions are brought to Lourdes and are prayed for at all the ceremonies during the pilgrimage and then left at the Grotto.

The Presentation Sisters with Maynooth Parish celebrate their arrival here by visiting the Nano Nagle Centre in Cork on Saturday 16^th A bus will leave Maynooth (venue to be decided) at 8.30 a.m. and return at 8.00 p.m. We will be stopping for coffee in the Horse & Jockey on the way down and a meal on the return journey. The cost of trip is €20. If you are interested in travelling please contact the Parish Office during the week. See notice in porches
