Today is the Feast of Pentecost.
The Novena to the Holy Spirit – a period of prayer, reflection and planning for the renewal of the Church in the Archdiocese of Dublin which began on the 1st June will conclude on Monday 9th June, the Feast of St Columba (St Colmcille), one of the three patron Saints of Ireland. Novena Prayer Cards are available in the porches.
There will be a bake sale after the 8.45 a.m., 10.00 a.m. and 11.30 a.m. Masses Sunday (today) in the Parish Centre, with all funds supporting projects with the Badjao tribe in the Philippines, which Grace Barry, a youth member of our parish, will be volunteering with for 4 weeks this summer. Please come along and support this project.
Weee Ireland will hold a FREE Electrical Recycling Day on Saturday next 14th June at Tesco Carpark Maynooth from 10.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
