Today is the 3rd Sunday of Easter. Thanks to all those who send in their Easter Dues.  Dues envelopes are available in the porch.

The Church Gate Collection this weekend is for the Mellon Educate. A local volunteer from the parish, James Stack (Rockfield) will be  travelling to South Africa with MELLON EDUCATE assisting in the construction of a school in one of the most impoverished communities in the eastern suburbs of Capetown.  Your generosity is very much appreciated.

St Joseph’s Young Priests’ Society will meet in the Pastoral Centre on Wednesday next 17th April after the 10.00 a.m. Mass.

Shalon World will hold a Coffee morning in the Pastoral Centre on Saturday next 20th April after the 10.00 a.m. Mass for fundraising for the 17 Irish Martyrs. All welcome.

The Maynooth 10k and 5k run will take place on Sunday next April 21st starting at 10am from the new Maynooth Education Campus on the Moyglare Road. Runners, Walkers, Joggers, all are welcome! Please note that there will be some road closures around the Dunboyne Road between 10 and 11am. Main Street and Moyglare Road will not be affected.

Maynooth Parish Folk Group – After almost 45 years of singing in Maynooth Parish, the Folk Group will sing for their final time on Saturday 27th.We. would like to thank all the past members, over 100 people, who have kept the group going over these 45 years. It has been a privilege for us to participate in the liturgy on Saturdays, at Weddings and supporting families through our music at funerals. Through our singing, we have formed some lifelong friendships. We would like to thank everyone for your continued support and the lovely messages you’ve sent us over the years. Thank you all.

A Parish leaflet, which includes the Financial Statement, will be dropped into most of your homes over the comiong weeks.
