Today is the 4th Sunday in Ordinary Time.

We ask that you please continue to wear a facemask and sanitise your hands when you come into the Church and when you leave.

As there will be no basket collections at the moment – envelopes for the First and Second Collections are available in the porches. These can be placed in the baskets in front of the Altar during Mass or please hand them into the Parish Office.

The Parish Pilgrimage to Lourdes takes place in August – please see poster in porches.

Wednesday next is the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord and Candlemas Day. If you would like candles blessed please bring them with you to the 10.00 a.m. Mass on Wednesday and we will bless them.

Thursday is the Feast of St Blaise. There will be a general blessing of throats at the 10.00 a.m. Mass on Thursday.

Maynooth Parish Youth Group will meet on Friday 4th February, from 7:00-8:30pm, in the Parish Centre.  Starting with games, talking, reflecting and doing practical things about St Brigid, Spring and Nature. We will finish our meeting with snacks and social time. If you are in secondary school, you’re very welcome to come along, it’s a good way to make new friends. Please invite your teenage family and friends and pass the word around.
