Second Sunday of Advent
The St Vincent de Paul’s Annual Appeal will take place this weekend. It will replace the Share Collection. The funds raised will be used locally for Maynooth residents. Donation envelopes are also available in the Church porch and we would be grateful if you would return your donation to the Parish Office or in the Church baskets during Mass. Alternatively, you can donate online at svp.ie/maynooth. The members of SVP thank you for supporting us in our work for the disadvantaged in our community.
St Mary’s Brass & Reed Band will hold their Christmas Concert here in St Mary’s this evening (Sunday) at 7.30 p.m. Admission €5.
St Joseph’s Young Priests Society will meet in the Pastoral Centre after the 10.00 a.m. Mass on Wednesday next.
Film – “Scarlet & the Black” – Life of Monsignor Hugh O’Flaherty in the Vatican will be shown in the Parish Centre on Thursday next 14th December at 7.30 p.m. Free admission.
Lectio Divina will take place in the Pastoral Centre next Saturday at 6pm. All are welcome’.
The Do This In Memory Mass will take place on Sunday next 17th at 10.00 a.m.
The Pro :Life Campaign will hold its annual church-gate collection next weekend 16th/17th
On Sunday next 17th December at 7.00 p.m. “Full Harmony” will hold a Carol Service here in St Mary’s. No admission fee but donations on the night in aid of Motor Neurone Disease.
